Processing Time: All orders for ITSANYTHINGHOME are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate of $4.99 (Free on orders over $75).
Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages: ITSANYTHINGHOME is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and notify our support team at support@itsanythinghome.com so we can assist.

Strategic Tip: A 30-day window is standard for home goods. Be sure to exclude final sale or personalized items if you plan to sell them.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love everything in your space. If an item isn't the right fit for your home, we’re here to help.
Return Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
